Front of House Crew – Festivals

Interested in working in a field? We’re looking for Front of House to join our team working at a number of festivals this summer.

Fun, friendly, and down-right AMAZING… just some of the comments our clients feed back to us about our fabulous front of house Radishes. We’re looking for some outgoing, bright and experienced FOH lovelies to be the face of the business! You’ll be out there in the marquees and fields, serving up our tasty grub with a smile and making sure no one goes hungry. It’ll be important to be on the ball as the hungry crew pour in, so replenishing the food, tea and coffee station, and the disposable packaging and cutlery will be essential. As will tidying up and keeping the dining area spick and span. A can-do attitude and a strong ability to work with others is essential… then you’ll be part of the Radish family in no time.

We’ll be asking you to get some certificates, if you haven’t already, including a Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety.

To apply, drop us a line at [email protected] with your full name, phone number, an up-to-date CV, and your availability for this summer season.

Hope to see you in a festival field sometime soon!

Chef TV/Film Production

Do you feel like feeding some of the great names in TV and Film is your bag? As one of Europe’s fastest growing backstage catering companies, Red Radish have a reputation for providing amazing food and service on a variety of high-end TV, Film and Music productions. Everything from I’m a Celeb, to Great British Bake Off, Disney blockbusters, Netflix mega-shows, tours and even huge royal events.

We are seeking passionate & experienced chefs to feed the crew & cast on a number of productions. We work from unit bases and on locations, our kitchens are on wheels so to speak. We work across various studios (Pinewood, Shepperton, Leavesden etc) and locations in and around London. A driving licence and car would be a real bonus.

Our chefs are team players who enjoy working hard and clocking up the hours, all the while maintaining our high standards of preparation and presentation. We’re known across the industry for our delicious food which makes us very proud so it’s important that this can be maintained even under pressure.

To apply, drop us a line at [email protected] with your full name, phone number, an up-to-date CV.

Kitchen Porter

The heart of any great kitchen, our KPs are hardworking, organised, and not afraid to get their hands dirty. If that sounds like you, and you enjoy working as part of a fast paced, but friendly team then read on…

The role will involve supporting our experienced team of chefs in the kitchen by washing up, keeping the kitchen environment spotlessly clean and tidy, and some basic food preparation. You might also be asked to lend a hand to load in and load out equipment, collect supplies, and generally be an all-round helpful pair of hands so lots of energy and a positive outlook is essential.

We’ll be asking you to get some certificates, if you haven’t already, including a Level 2 Food Hygiene and a Level 2 Health and Safety. We want to make sure that not only does everyone enjoy their job but that they’re safe doing it too.

This summer season is our busiest yet and we need to get some kitchen porters on board who can really lend a hand in our kitchens. We’ll be at over 35 big name festivals including Glastonbury, Boomtown, Wilderness, Lovebox and many more so we need someone who is committed to working more than one festival with us. There are plenty of people looking to gain experience so if you are looking to maybe work just one festival weekend then you are probably not for us. We are also looking to work with people looking to get experience and money rather than three months free partying. Sorry to sound boring but we have a very successful business to run 😉

Please bear in mind that catering in general and particularly festivals are not the best-paid jobs in the world. Although it will be great fun and experience PLUS you will of course be well fed and watered along the way.
