A lovely Thank You card we were delighted to receive after working with the ‘legendary’ director Justin Murphy and the guys from Drum PHD on a film location shoot in the South of France. As well as organising locations, we also fixed various filming permissions and a helicopter with on-board camera to film some great road shots in the Provencal mountains. The entire crew also enjoyed bed, breakfast and great food, in true Red Radish style when they stayed at our villa for a couple of nights during the production.
Yet another successful supper club on the French Riviera and all made possible by our wonderful and very loyal bunch of fans friends. We had wondered how we were going to top last September’s amazing beach party in Cannes. But what with our food, the wonderful ambience and super talented Jill Barber we somehow managed to pull off another brilliant party which led to very kind and ‘head-swelling’ comments like ‘What an absolutely glorious night and thanks again to you and your team for an absolutely amazing evening, great fun and delicious food as always!’

“Over a period of 2 weeks on a recent visit to South of France, Wayne and Lucy catered for my party of on average 12 people, for 10 nights.
Our pre agreed choices for a mixed aged party, including a number of children, were relatively basic with the prerequisite being good hearty food – Lasagne, Fish Pie, Curry, Chilli etc.
I work in an industry that takes me to all the best restaurants in the world and I can honestly say that appreciating the parameters of budget, choice, timings that we imposed, Lucy and Wayne out shone even our highest expectations on each and every evening. Wayne’s perception from his undoubted experience of what people want and Lucy’s ability to deliver that view were absolutely first class. It is unsurprising they have the reputation they have or have been asked to cook for the people they have, their observed communication skill as a pair, alike every successful double act, is enviable!
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this couple to anybody, regardless of holiday requirement and to have 2 just totally down to earth people, without any edge between them was utterly refreshing and an enjoyable experience.

We required a lunch catering service on eight days of the holiday. The menu that we requested was to be based upon healthy local produce with detail of the menu being left to the discretion of Lucy and Wayne. The excellent three course meals were served in an informal and relaxed manner which perfectly suited our small family group.
Having lived and worked in the South of France for many years Lucy and Wayne were also able to provide us with local information on the best beaches, restaurants and places to visit which greatly enhanced the enjoyment of our holiday.

“Teenage kids; always difficult for parties!! They need to be fun with great appropriate food, correct music and preferably no parents, or at least at a low profile if it is still going to be cool. Wayne and Lucy CAN do this and made a wonderful job of my son’s 18th birthday party.
From the BBQ to the buffet and ending with a divine sticky toffee pudding. Everything was perfect. Great ambiance, music noisy but right and I was confident that Wayne would step in if kids ended up being KIDS!!! Everything eaten, tummies importantly lined (before the kids trekked off to a nightclub in Cannes) AND the whole place brilliantly clean and tidy after!!

PS: A tip would be to do what we did and retreat to a very far corner of the house where Lucy prepared us a superb dinner for a special eight friends.
“I had my 40th birthday party last October where Wayne and Lucy catered and helped with the arrangements. Everything went so smooth. Before the party we had meetings where I explained what I had imagined: Both regarding the menu, but also regarding the entire set-up.
Cooking is one of my big hobbies; therefore I am a bit fussy regarding food: It was perfect! The food in general was amazing, but also the presentation and timing was perfect. Lucy and her team worked very professional and were doing a fantastic job.
For the party I was worried about how much I could relax and enjoy all my friends. I was having people coming in from all over the world and was hoping to be able to relax without too many worries. I can only say Wayne and his team were fantastic, Wayne is that kind of person who knows you needs even before your realizes them. And in a very pleasant way he makes sure the guests comes to him and not to you with any practical questions that might appear.
It indeed made the evening very special and I can’t remember I have been so relaxed and able to only concentrate on having a great time at any of my other parties before.
